Amsoil is pleased to announce the official kick-off of the 2010 Street Rodder RoadTour this weekend in Greer, SC for The Cruisin’ to Ocean City Tour. Led by RoadTour Director Jerry Dixie (left) in a custom-built ’27 Roadster Pickup, he isjoined by a crew of street rod enthusiasts following in their own rods. Thisfirst tour signals the start of summer for these enthusiasts, and is heavilyanticipated in the months and weeks leading up to the first departure.
Wherever it goes, the Road Tour createsexcitement. Throughout the summer, these enthusiasts embark on 8 different tourlegs that take them all over the country to car shows and other events. Degraded fuel presents a major maintenance issue in small enginesand powersports equipment. It can form varnish, gum and insoluble debris thatclog carburetors, fuel injectors and fuel filters. Carbon buildup can form onthe tops of pistons that leads to pre-ignition, rough idling and poor throttleresponse. Fuel-related problems are only expected to intensify in the comingyears as the ethanol content in pump gasoline continues to increase.

Ethanol
Ethanol in fuel has a tendency toabsorb water and separate from the gasoline, sinking to the bottom of the gastank, where it quickly degrades and creates gum, varnish and other insolubledebris that can plug fuel flow passages and negatively affect engineperformance. When this ethanol/water mixture is pulled
into the engine, itcreates a lean burn situation that increases combustion chamber temperatures andcan lead to engine damage. AMSOIL Quickshot SE is designed to keep waterdispersed throughout the tank, moving it out as a normal part of operation anddecreasing the chance of ethanol separating from the gasoline.
Quickshot SE was tested in fuel containing 10 percent ethanol.Controlled plugging of injectors showed a 70 percent flow improvement, whileoxidation stability improved 44 percent over untreated fuel.
Water
Water finds its way into gas tanksthrough condensation in tanks open to the atmosphere, gas pumps and otherenvironmental conditions, and if left untreated, will cause a myriad ofstarting, performance and corrosion problems. By keeping water dispersed in tinymolecules and safely moving it out of the tank through the combustion chamber,Quickshot SE helps maintain engine performance and protects against damagingcorrosion.
Dirty Gasoline
Dirty gasoline causes fuelsystem gumming and varnish, as well as piston and combustion chamber deposits.Although all gasoline sold in the U.S. is formulated with a lowest additiveconcentration (LAC) level of detergent additives, these detergent levels are notenough to prevent deposits from building up on critical fuel system components.Quickshot SE contains unique chemistry that quickly detaches and carries awaydeposits and buildups in fuel systems, injectors and carburetors, while alsocleaning hard-to-remove deposits on piston tops, spark plugs and othercombustion chamber parts.
Applications
Quickshot SE is recommended foruse in all two- and four-stroke gasoline-powered engines, including motorcycles,snowmobiles, boats, personal watercraft, ATVs, edgers, tillers, mowers,snowblowers, chainsaws, generators and farm and construction equipment. Quickshot SE is designed foran initial clean-up dose of 8 oz. per 6 gallons of gasoline, followed by 8 oz.per 12 gallons thereafter.

Whittier wrapped up the SBI/APBA World Championship in Key West, Fla. last weekend,
taking the win at the 29th annual event by defeating the All Jack'd Up team.
Team
AMSOIL enjoyed an incredible season of success in 2009, sweeping all the
possible championships available to them in several sanctioning bodies.
In addition to the SBI/APBA World Championship, Teague and Whittier also earned
the 2009 High Points Championships in the Offshore Super Series, Triple Crown
and OPA series.

Product DescriptionAMSOIL Antifreeze & Coolant (ANT) is formulated to provide benefits far beyond those found in today’s conventional antifreeze and coolant products. This revolutionary formulation provides maximum antifreeze and cooling protection in the most extreme temperatures and operating conditions. And unlike conventional ethylene glycol-based products, which are highly toxic and even fatal, AMSOIL Antifreeze & Coolant is formulated with propylene glycol. It is biodegradable and requires no special disposal costs or procedures in most areas. Above all, its low toxicity limits the threat to children, pets or wildlife.

Stops Leaks
AMSOIL Antifreeze & Coolant adheres to metal. It self-seals hairline cracks in welds and seams to prevent leaks, without additional stop-leak products or fibrous materials.
Prevents Metallic Corrosion
Independent tests reveal AMSOIL Antifreeze & Engine Coolant surpassed standards for metallic corrosion. It plates metal to protect even when exposed to acids and salt spray. Standard allowances for loss in aluminum and solder are less than 60 mg. AMSOIL Antifreeze & Engine Coolant lost 0 mg in aluminum and less than 6 mg in solder.
Standards for iron, steel, copper and brass allow a maximum loss of less than 20 mg. AMSOIL Antifreeze & Engine Coolant never exceeded a 3 mg loss in any of those metals in a testing period that was run for 10 weeks, three weeks longer than required tests.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AMSOIL Synthetic Polymeric Off-Road Grease (GPOR1, GPOR2) combines an over-based calcium-sulfonate complex thickener and proprietary synthetic polymeric technology to provide outstanding performance in heavy duty off-road applications.
AMSOIL developed an exclusive synthetic polymeric system custom-built to provide performance benefits specific to off-road equipment. This synthetic technology helps give AMSOIL Off-Road Grease tenacious cling ability and maximum pound-out resistance over extended service intervals, even in wet environments.
EXTREME IMPACT RESISTANCE
Greased components in heavy equipment are subjected to serious abuse. Virtually all heavy-duty off-road equipment operates under heavy-load conditions. The extreme impact common to off-road equipment forces all of that heavy load (pressure) onto places where the equipment pivots, relying on the grease to prevent metal-to-metal contact. Lesser quality greases cannot withstand the load and are pounded out of the impact area. When pound-out occurs, heavily loaded components are left unlubricated, which can result in metal-to-metal contact and extreme amounts of wear.
AMSOIL Off-Road Grease’s exclusive synthetic polymeric technology provides exceptional adhesion (ability to cling to components) and cohesion (ability to cling to itself) properties. Greased components on heavy equipment are frequently exposed to water. AMSOIL Synthetic Polymeric Off-Road Grease resists water washout to maintain the external seal on greased components and help prevent water and other contaminants from entering wear-prone areas.
